This is the best restaurant we tried in Dublin. The food is inventive, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the ambiance is cheerful and sophisticated. The flavors were creative and subtle. For example, the special lamb appetizer delivered tender, tasty lamb cubes, delicately deep fried on a spicy remoulade accompanied by a harissa yogurt cucumber relish and cumin chickpeas. This combination in other hands could easily have been greasy and heavy. But no. A succulent surprise. Also, after five days of Guinness and craft beers, and second-thought wines, the well-curated wine list was a welcome sight and drinking delight.
