Myself and the boyfriend went here last night and we loved it.
The restaurant was very busy, but we were still seated quickly, and the service never suffered because of the crowd.
It was a little loud, but I thought that just added to the atmosphere.
The food was amazing. For starters I had the veal bolognese – perfectly cooked pasta and plenty of veal – delicious. Bf had the crispy ned egg starter and raved about it.
The mains we had were the cod with seafood and lamb. Again, I couldn’t fault it (the lamb in particular was cooked to perfection).
Desserts were eton mess and creme brulee. The eton mess had some lemon curd with gave it a nice tang. Creme brulee was gorgeous.
They have an excellent wine list as well.
All in all a great dining experience – I will be going back and telling my friends about it
