Our experienience with our service technician was great! Trestan was initially serviced to inspect our termite pods around our house per TERMINEX. Our understanding from a conversation last week was to have an inspection of rodent and wildlife in our attic and crawlspace. That conversation was disturbing because that was a second failed attempt to have a service agent perform this service. Trestan did the outter inspection as well as the interior of our crawlspace and attic. He gave us recommendations for insulation in our attic and informed us of non active termite pods. We appreciate his service for interior inspection. We were displeased for our inconveince for prior failed and missed appointments from your agents. We thank Trestan for his service with TERMINEX.
