Terrible customer service and do charge you when they shouldn’t. Their customer service agreed I should not of been charged but when escalate it, you do not hear back. I will never use again should’ve stuck to Orkin.
***UPDATE***
Just wanted to update that after I posted this and they were “concerned” I emailed them all information and never received a response. As indicated above, worst customer service and I advise everyone to use Orkin as they did much better and are BBB accredited.
