I have been dealing with this company for eight months to try to get an appointment is beyond ridiculous to try to speak with a manager is beyond ridiculous to try to speak with a manager over a manager is beyond ridiculous. They make appointments they don’t show up even though when they do come, they do a good job the lack of communication and the disconnect and the customer service is very very poor… and to think almost 3 weeks later after making this post, I still haven’t heard from a manager, and I was told that a manager would contact me 24 to 48 hours… yeah right
