This company is a scam! They are very warm and welcoming when they are trying to get your business. The technician will come to your home in a matter of days but after the contract is signed they will ghost you. I’ve called customer services multiple times because I did not receive the service I paid for and they blatantly REFUSED to call me back. They scheduled to send a technician out to rectify the problem which resulted in me calling off work to be present and no one bother to show up or call. Mangers are quick to respond when they are approving your payment.
