Had to cancel my service because they failed to show up to an appointment 3 times in a row. I had my initial service, the technician recommended someone come out and investigate for mice, so we scheduled an appointment. I received a text confirmation but the new tech never showed or contacted me. I called support and they rescheduled, blaming a problem with the system. 2nd time, received a text, tech no call no showed again, this time support said he had car problem. Rescheduled for the 3rd time and again, received a text followed by no call no show. Support said there was a system problem again. I had to cancel after all this, regardless if it’s a system problem or car problem, I need pest control service that is reliable and able to actually show up and deliver their service. Going to try Orkin instead.
