The insulation cleanout and install quote they gave us was really high compared to other estimates we had done. They do a good job but it is expensive. Our service tech, Ramil Kolia, who came out was very thorough, professional and worked with his management to get us a deal. Even with that, we will be using another contractor to do the job.
