We hired Terminix for our Senior facility to treat 3 apartments for bug activity. We started out the relationship only a couple months ago. TWICE were no call/no show – the last go round last week was another no call/no show & the supervisor was left voicemails Thursday & Friday to call back because we NEEDED that treatment for this apartment. I’m grateful we didn’t sign a contract.
