BUYER BEWARE. Do NOT use this company. We were actually long time customers and believe me, that does not get you anywhere with this company. They were fine for general pest services. But when we needed more we signed up for general wildlife removal. We had to pay big money up front for a 3 year contract. We received 2 visits that accomplished nothing. The pictures of where they were getting in the attic were “accidentally deleted” and the phone number that we could call “at any time” was not a working number.
We had live squirrels tearing up our attic and were told after multiple calls that the technician would be out in 8 days and no other appointments were available. We were forced to use a different company, and the cost was MUCH cheaper and resolved in 2 days. We were then given the run around and cancelled our contract. We received less than 10% of what we paid for the contract.
Attempts to resolve it with higher-ups got us nowhere and wasted a lot of time. No one ever calls you back and they are not interested in customer service. It should be a big red flag that Terminex corporate does not have a customer service email account. They do not want a record of your complaints. Unless you want to give yourself a lot of grief, avoid this company! It is a big money grab, with no service and no accountability.
