We called Terminix after noticing multiple mice in our house. The central office originally told us that they could send out an inspector that day to address the issue. Instead they sent a salesperson to potentially schedule a Tech for a week later. The Tech arrived a week later to seal up the house and set-up baiting traps for the mice. None of the traps worked and the service technician would not return calls. I had to get the corporate office involved to a second technician to show up at the house. The second technician was nice, but then when the issue was not address, he would not return any phone calls. We ended up catching multiple mice with snap traps from ACE Hardware. Terminix was very quick to take payment but did not provide any service. Look to find another service provider.
