Very sad how a professional looking company can be so deceiving. You do not honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee , just overpromise and underdeliver. Don’t call this Rolling Meadows facility because the calls get redirected and take you on a long journey. oh but they’ll show up to sell you their service ASAP. Don’t expect half of what they tell you. Check out all the reviews on yelp before considering this company (it will be worth the extra time researching them). I’m still fighting to reach someone to get my money back after a month of complaining … no one has reached out. All they care about is money.
