WARNING: Be very careful before using this provider for exclusion services. They took a $2,600 deposit for a three year exclusion contract. They mis-diagnosed the problem as mice. Their exclusion Team was not competent. I had to fire them after one week of service for failing to address my problem. They retained my entire deposit and would not return it, despite promising 100% satisfaction.
I hired a small business provider of exclusion services. That provider diagnosed the problem as squirrels OVER THE PHONE. This provider found where the squirrels entered my home after being on my property for less than 5 minutes. They trapped 4 squirrels in less than one week.
Terminix has now cancelled my service and refuses to return any of my money. Trust me on this one – DO NOT HIRE THEM. You will save yourself a lot of aggravation by hiring someone else.
