I waited for 10 minutes until someone finally came to the phone. I asked if they would confirm if they handle racoon trapping. From this point on my conversation was nothing but down hill. The customer service woman was short and unpleasant. I actually felt as I was doing them a favor to call them. Customer service and being polite to customers is the first thing you would want once you chose to make the call to have a company come to your home.
