John the specialist(inspector) was a no show no call non caring person. The two personal that try to help me locate and find out John’s ETA on him scheduled meeting with me were very professional. I am very disappointed that John the inspector was unprofessional a no show, no call and unconcern personal working for the company (Terminix).
