DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I scheduled service at the beginning of the year and had 3 visits. At which I was told that they would come back for any issues. Then I moved about 3 months later and was charged for a visit that I did not authorize. I called and was connected to main office. I was told that they were canceling the service and that I would be refunded the charged amount. This was on the 25th of June. He told me to call back at the beginning of july which I did just to get a full inbox so I couldn’t leave a message. The second time I called I was able to leave a message. The third and final time I called him (Craig) it say they are only accepting certain calls. Basically I was blocked. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! Then I called customer service to find out the refund is still being investigated. FOR IVER A MONTH!!! All this company does is give people the run around. I plan on taking to every social media platform I can think of and put all these crooks on blast. They are a scam do not give them your busines!!!!!
