Terrible service. Had 3 scheduled appointments. 2 of them were cancelled by the tech that was scheduled to come out by phone telling me he was overbooked. The 3rd one I scheduled on my day off and tech scheduled the wrong day. I called the office the day I expected them asking once again where they are. They informed me it was scheduled the next day I told them to cancel it it was booked wrong and I already took 2 days off to sit and wait for no one to come out and will not do it again. The office did not cancel appointment so I had the tech calling me at work to tell me he was was on his way I told him he scheduled the appointment for the wrong day. He then blamed me for the scheduling error. I reminded him when we talked and he asked me when I can reschedule to I said I am off on Wednesdays and would be available then. Very unprofessional. Between the office and the scheduling problems they have no consideration for others time and make you feel as if they do not care if they have your business. I will use another company for any needs I have from now on.
