I’m sure they probably get the job done, but from a mortgage lenders perspective that rely’s on termite reports Terminix is my absolute last resort. Customer service is horrible from my encounter, you cant contact the office directly that did the work, all calls are routed to a central call center. Heaven forbid you need a report right away. I’ve spent days trying to satisfy a termite condition. I will make sure and NOT recommend Terminix unless it’s the only option. Been on hold while I wrote this survey. Horrible
