Terminix personnel spent the entire day lying to me, leading me to leave my job early for an appointment with “James” who never showed.
Before leaving work I was assured that I was on track for the appointment and that the operator had just spoken with “James” to confirm the appointment. Once home, it became apparent “James” wasn’t coming, so I called and was told an “area supervisor” would get someone to my home and would call me to confirm. Another lie.
This once fine company has turned into a mockery of its own mission of fine service, and should be ashamed of itself. Lets hope the competitor knows the meaning of service.
