I would not recommend doing business with this particular company. I made an appointment timeframe 8a to 12p on a Saturday they then called me back to reschedule from 1p to 3p. The day of the appointment I was home in the morning and on my way out saw a note left at 1050a “sorry we missed you”. I called back confirming my appointment which was set for 1p to 3p. This was at 1130a. They called the technician his name Adam. Adam said he was going to be here in half an hour to 45 mins. 2 hrs later still no show. I call back at 2p now they can’t get a hold of the technician and left him a vm. 3p arrived and Adam never showed up. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. It was a weekend and I had to waste half my day waiting.
