A+ FOR TERMINIX AND MY TECHNICIAN, A. FRANK MESA. I love the customer service I received from my technician (A. Frank Mesa). I guess it came across that I’m “afraid” of spiders (or really any bug), so he took extra steps to make sure that I didn’t have to deal with those little buggers like I had been …. and he was right – I’ve only seen 1 or 2 spiders in the last month vs 20 spiders – yeah!!! He was very detailed and thoroughly sprayed inside my house, as well as outside. I love the fact that he called me the day before the service to confirm when he would be arriving; and yes, he was on time!!! Thanks Terminix. I appreciate Frank going way above and beyond the call of service by sweeping away / removing my many spider webs on the front and back of my house. I was soooooo happy with Frank’s fabulous service – He ROCKS!!! Getting Terminix was definitely cheaper than just picking up and letting the spiders win 🙂
