Horrible horrible horrible service… i was scheduled for an appointment today for a serious case of roaches and first off it was very hard to even talk to the sales associate, i have never been put on hold more times in my life. They would constantly disconnect the call and didn’t help with any information at all that i asked…. I asked several times about my pets and reptiles and if i need to remove them for my house and they said they would get back to me but never did. After calling them about 20 times today… they scheduled me for an appointment between 3-5. it is now 7 pm and i haven’t been able to get a hold of them at all, the continually kept saying the tech is running late, or they’re at another job, or nearby so each response was pretty much just an excuse. Finally i gave up after waiting for a steady 6 hours for a no show. HORRIBLE SERVICE, worst i have ever had.
