Ran in for lunch last Saturday and was impressed. This is one of those restaurants you go to and after your meal you realize there’s a next level of cooking/dining that generally you don’t get exposed to…or sadly, at least I don’t get exposed to.

Everything I had from the Gnocchi to the Roasted Cod w/ Crab Mayonnaise, Chorizo, Mussel Fricasse was expertly conceived and thoughtfully prepared. I’d love to have been able to come here a couple more times and explore more of the menu.

I’d recommend the 25 euro 3 course lunch or early bird dinner special – decent value if you’re into that sort of thing.

Put Pichet on your short list of places to eat while in Dublin.
