I love this place. After having waited months to try it we finally made it here. I was not disappointed at all.

The starter of suckling pig croquette was just superb and delicate. The Clare organic salmon main was the best salmon I have had in a restaurant in a long time. It was full of delicate flavours and cooked to perfection.

The dessert of Chocolate mousse cannelloni with banana and salted caramel ice cream was probably the best dessert I have had in Dublin with all my favorite ingredients in one plate. I licked my plate clean…uncouth I know, but I didn’t care ;-))

Coffee was great and the wine list was small but excellent. There were a number of reasonably priced wines on the menu.

The service was prompt but not rushed. The waitress was friendly and offered her opinion on the choices we made. She also regularly checked up on us to see if everything was ok and topping up glasses etc. Good service is an art and this place does it well.

I must admit I preferred this place to Patrick Gibauld. The prices were reasonable and that means I will come back here again and again. Glad we finally made it here….it was well worth the wait :-))
