Without a booking at the busiest time on a sat evening we decided to try our luck anyway – as expected was told they were fully booked but as we were walking out with disappointment the manager (I think) called us back and said they can squeeze us in… Happy days!!
Had been here before and I remember the food was lovely, so expectation was high as the menu has changed since, but we were not disappointed, the best starter on the night was: the seared tuna – looks great and taste delicious, while the best mains of the night was the stonebass.
Must be said though the butternut squash risotto starter my girlfriend had was a tad too rich in flavours, but that’s the only thing from an otherwise fantastic evening. I’d recommend all the same!
