Not reliable. One of their technicians scheduled an appointment with us, called after he was already supposed to arrive and rescheduled for Saturday afternoon. After canceling all of our plans for Saturday and waiting around for him to show up, he again calls an hour after he should’ve arrived stating he didn’t know what he was thinking making the appointment on Saturday because “He is spending time with his family.” Yes, that was the excuse for standing us up twice in one week.
