Contractors beware!!! My company performed electrical services for Mike Donaldson at the Streamwood, IL Terminix location. Mike Donaldson signed a contract knowing the payment terms ahead of time. He assured me and promised that payment would be made within a few days after the job was completed. It’s been over 2 months and he still hasn’t paid the invoice. If that weren’t enough, he ignores my calls, texts and emails. He doesn’t answer the phone and won’t respond to voicemail messages. The only reason for this review is to warn any other contractors and service providers to stay away from Terminix and Mike Donaldson. You will end up being lied to and ripped off as I was.
