Vernon is the gentleman that comes to our home for Terminex. There are been several occasions where he has done things proactively. He doesn’t have to be asked he doesn’t have to submit a special request. He does it because it’s the right thing for the customer.
He always contact me prior to let me know when he’s coming so I can be available and he always communicates a wrap up after he leaves. The way he runs his business. He’s doing a great job as far I’m concerned.
