STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They completely scammed my 80+ year old parents in Libertyville. Came out one time to spray for ants. The service did not work. Terminix was supposed to come back two weeks later to check on the service. A date/time was set up and they did not show up. My mother called 6-7 times after that to get someone out. She kept reaching the answering service but no one ever called her back. My parents paid extra for an annual service but can’t use it because no one answers the phone. Not that they would want to use it after the ineffective treatment and unresponsive service they’ve received to date.
