I’m giving these guys 1-star because 0 isn’t an option. We needed a termite inspection for the sale of our home, so I called Terminix. After going thru a series of phone prompts and transfers, I was finally connected to a call center. Told the person what I needed and she said April 30th was the earliest available opening (5-days later), so I told her to book it for me and gave her my information. She then said “I’ll send a note to the local branch office and they will contact you to confirm all of the details”. Next thing I know, it’s the afternoon of April 29th and I still haven’t heard anything, so I called back again. Same run around except 1 hour later I received a call from someone in the branch office. They had no appointment scheduled, but a helpful employee said he was free tomorrow to do it, but would need his manager’s approval. Called me back and said his manager (Zach or Brian?) wants someone else to do the inspection and they would contact me to schedule the visit within 1-2 days. It’s been 4-days and I still haven’t heard back from anyone! I finally called Bigfoot Pest Control and they took care of it without any problems. These guys are horrible when it comes to reliability, reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where they can take the reservation, but don’t know how to hold it.
