It is beyond me how this company can get more than one star. Yesterday I cancelled my subscription with terminix. It would have been sooner but they said they would charge me a ~$200 cancellation fee. So I figured I’d wait the last month. Needless to say they are worthless. 1st I paid this company roughly $3000 to service my home but the pests only got worse and it seems like I could have saved my self the money and still been at the same spot where I started a year ago. 2nd the technicians cancelled pretty much every appointment they scheduled, on top of that they wouldn’t let me schedule my own appointments. This was brought up to the management and they switched technicians. The new guy showed up on time once and then reschedule every appointment afterwards. 3. The customer service people are almost useless, I can’t say much about them other then they aren’t really equipped with any tools to remedy any situation other than threats to charge you more. 4th the sales person I spoke with at first lied about the services provided with my bundle and then Terminix customer service asked me to upgrade my package to get what was originally offered to me. 5th and Last point, the new company I am using basically said the bait they use for the pest I have were not suited for my issues and that’s why nothing was changing. Every one of my points is one less star for this company. Save your self some money and use another company instead.
One more thing. They came and picked up termite traps that I had already paid for. The customer service rep said they were going to schedule and notify me when they were going to stop by. So now they are also trespassing in my property.
