My appointment was scheduled from 8-10am. No calls or anything so I eventually called and learned the tech would be about an hour and a half late. My time is important. Just very unprofessional. Not very happy about that. Should have at least reduced my charges for the extra hour and not evening calling me. Poor service indeed.
