Terrible. I wish I could give zero stars. Called about possibly having mice. Needed someone out quickly to check it out. They said nothing was able until the following day from 3-5pm they could have someone out the next day (Saturday). That was fine. So we waited all day. After 5pm we gave them a call and was told they rescheduled it for Monday! Why weren’t we told about this reschedule & that no one was coming??? How unprofessional. We could have had another reliable company come out. Don’t use them they will just not show without telling you.
