Worked with Caitlin Goodwin as my customer service rep a few times. I think it was great she remembered me. She’s very friendly, personable, and provided quality customer service. I learned that she’s been in the field 8+ years and she enjoys working with people. She listened to my concerns, offered services when necessary and executed my appointments with the tech accurately and on time. I hope to work with her again.
