Today in Edgewater, Frank and Ike were absolute Godsends! One unit in our condo had a very bad bed bug infestation and everyone was worried (but i was panicked). They took the time to explain everything throroughly, were not worried about how long it took to answer questions or get the job done. The reason i was so panicked was because i found one bed bug in my shower but wasn’t on the list yet to be checked out/treated. They helped me get added to the list of units to do that same day, dealt with the monstrous infestation and surrounding units and then turned around and dealt with my rushed bagging, inspected my unit, worked to calm me down (Ike had me do a little hands in the air “woot woot” when we realized that there were no other bugs and only a preventative spray was needed), and then sprayed as a preventative measure. I could not be more thankful for these two, and im sure my entire condo agrees. But the level of service was so far above anything ive experienced before. If you get Frank and Ike, you’re in the absolute BEST hands!
