The man that came out was outstanding! Corporate office is lucky to even get a star. Corporate did nothing to help me when they canceled my first appointment with NO notice. Then the second never showed. After the second no show, corporate basically said “do what you see fit”. The next day someone came out because I was able to talk to a local worker.
