This was terminix 3rd visit, I got the privilege of having Omar Sandoval come in the last 2 times and he’s great! He’s knows what he’s doing, he’s very experienced and professional. The fact that he’s bilingual is a bonus, all of my tenants are Spanish speakers so that has been very helpful. I don’t know how much he’s getting paid but he needs a raise!! I really hope I continue to get scheduled with him.
