The customer service at Terminix exceeded my expectations. I expected someone to come to my house, spray all over, lay down mice traps and that would be that. Wrong! The gentleman explained what he was doing every step of the way, being mindful of my two toy poodles, and spent as much time outside of the house and in my crawl space under the house as he did inside the house. Excellent job! I have a contract with Terminix to help me keep these little uninvited guests out of my house for good by treating quarterly…..and if I see any droppings anywhere, all I have to do is call them to report the problem and they will come back out to my house free of charge. Now that’s a company well deserved of its excellent reputation!
