When the Terminex technician, Ramil Kolia, did our annual inspection, he noted that our attic insulation was not up to current standards. I was surprised to find that Terminex did attic insulation. Ramil gave me an estimate and we agreed to have the work done. Ramil contacted us the day before and said that if his crew was running early he would let me know. The crew had completed the prior job early and Ramil called to verify that we were available. His crew showed up and set right to work. They were efficient and neat and left the house as clean as when they arrived. Ramil took before and after pictures of the attic space showing the depth of the insulation. We are very pleased with the results and I highly recommend Ramil and Terminex for this work.
