After seeing signs of mice I set some traps. After find a few each morning I set up an appointment with Terminix. The representative (Tyler) who came to my house was incredibly helpful and kind. As he walked the perimeter of the house he smelled gas and alerted us (we called the gas company who found a leak – SO thankful for him!). We do have a bit of a mouse issue, despite my diligent trap setting and, while I felt embarrassed about the issue, he was so kind and reassuring the problem could be resolved.
