We had rats living under our enclosed porch for years. After trying everything we could to get rid of them ourselves we finally bit the bullet and called Terminix to help us. The issue was resolved in 3 weeks! Jim was great and helped us get in touch with a concrete guy too who installed a slab in the crawl space they were living in. Everyone on the team who helped us was very helpful, knowledgeable, and accessible for all the questions I had. I wish we had called them sooner! Definitely worth it for so many reasons and I cannot express my thanks enough.
