UNRELIABLE. One of my elders is struggling with bed bugs and lives alone. My sister, who lives in the same city set up TWO different appointments with Tememinix and they flaked both times, without warning. After they didn’t show up the first time my sister called and explained why the situation was urgent and they assured her that they would show up for the next appointment, which was supposed to be today. They no-showed AGAIN! My sister works full time but has to be present when someone comes into the home. She’s decided to go with another company that’s more reliable. I’m not sure they this company has some internal issues but that’s no reason not to communicate with people, especially in urgent situations. I hope they get it together for the people relying on their services.
