Our technician was Armando and he was FANTASTIC! Despite being given an incorrect address for our home, he called and located us and was still on time. He did a fantastic job clearing our bee issues and made sure we understood what caused the problem and steps to avoid a reoccurrence. He was polite and personable. So happy we selected Terminix to solve our problem and that Armando was our technician.
